I'm Sudanese by blood, a car enthusiast at heart, and a mechatronics engineer by profession — a rare combination of raw passion and technical precision. Over six years on dealership floors — 3.5 with BMW, 1.5 with Audi, and a year with Toyota — I lived inside diagnostics, quality control, and customer care under three of the industry's most demanding brand standards.
But cars today aren't built in isolation — nearly every marque now sits under a handful of parent groups. Time inside BMW, Audi, and Toyota means direct exposure to the wider families behind them too — from MINI and Rolls-Royce, to the full spread of the Volkswagen Group, to Lexus and beyond. That's extensive knowledge across the automotive industry, not three logos.
My vision is simple: create tangible value for people who don't know a lot about cars, through honest, sincere guidance — the kind I'd want if the roles were reversed. The Car Plug Concierge is a sole proprietorship; when you work with us, you work with me, directly, every time.
